Abstract
Based on the principles of the Constitution and a set of general policies, a comprehensive legal framework has been developed and organized in the agricultural sector and its economy in the Islamic Republic of Iran. However, one of its major challenges is the full implementation of this legal framework to achieve national agricultural goals. This article focuses on the impact of AI-based precision agriculture on the complete implementation of constitutional principles and the macro policies of the agricultural sector in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The findings of this new approach can play an effective role in optimizing agricultural processes and increasing productivity, thereby helping to manage the aforementioned agricultural crises. In this research, by utilizing library study methods and a descriptive-analytical approach, a comprehensive examination was conducted of technological developments in the field of precision agriculture under the influence of artificial intelligence, as well as the principles of the constitution and general policy documents related to the agricultural sector in the Islamic Republic of Iran. This study, focusing on the novel applications of artificial intelligence in agriculture, evaluates the alignment of these technologies with legal principles and strategies formulated in the country's upstream documents. The author further analyzes the potential impacts of implementing smart agricultural systems on the effective execution of agricultural sector development policies and the achievement of objectives set forth in current laws. The results and recommendations presented in this research can assist agricultural stakeholders in implementing the Seventh Program (1403-1407) to, on one hand, achieve the defined performance indicators and, on the other hand, ensure the sustainability and development of these achievements within the framework of future programs.
